I had stood and performed at 

Some Antics 

Over a year since I looked at

Faces

Looking back at me 

Smiling

Warm, genuine smiles 

I should have been nervous

But I wasn’t…

It felt the most at home I’d been 

In months 

In over a year

And I cracked 

Laughing

Like a maniac 

Laughing

Smiling

But very much at home

And no one gave a shit

Some even laughed too

The few that had never met me before 

Maybe a little confused 

But I was home

With the people
