I don’t like having a Saturday off

Because on my days off

I write in coffee shops 

But on a not so quiet Saturday

It is tough

Don’t get me wrong

People watching is nice

But weekends are not relaxing 

In a public space

Don’t trust anyone who says

Otherwise

It’s an anxiety inducing 

Paranoia poking

Loud mess

With a sprinkle of kids crying

I’d rather be at home
