Kitchen Sink

 My kitchen sink

Has seen me through thick and thin
It's seen the parts where I've felt low
Tipping mouldy tea in
It's seen the water from veg
It's seen the half eaten curry sauce
It's seen the leftover egg
It's seen the mud from the garden
The dried and stubborn cat food
It's seen the fork going down the plug
When it's clogged with something old
It's seen me dance while cooking
It's seen me given up
It's seen me make cupcakes with love
My kitchen sink has been there
No matter the weather outside
